Conducting comprehensive risk and needs assessments

Responding to referrals in a timely and efficient manner

Identifying care pathways and supporting access to treatment services

Advocating for service users and signposting to appropriate agencies

Engaging with external stakeholders and community groups

Supporting clients with benefit claims, budgeting, and tenancy sustainment

Ensuring the timely re-letting of voids to maximise project income

Promoting psychological resilience within a trauma-informed setting

Assisting with housing management tasks, including health and safety checks
