This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Property Manager to manage a stable portfolio.The Role:As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties. The position requires strong organisational skills and a solid understanding of lettings legislation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery to landlords and tenants.Key Responsibilities:Managing a portfolio of residential propertiesActing as the main point of contact for landlords and tenantsCoordinating maintenance and repairs with approved contractorsConducting regular property inspections and reporting findingsEnsuring full compliance with current lettings legislation and safety regulationsLiaising with the accounts team regarding arrears and tenant balancesMaintaining accurate records and ensuring all administration is up to dateKey Requirements:Minimum 2 years experience in Property Management (essential)Good understanding of lettings legislation and complianceExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage a busy portfolio efficiently and independentlyProfessional and customer-focused approachThe Offer:£38,000 basic salaryMonday to Friday working hoursStable portfolio of residential propertiesSupportive and established team environmentOpportunity to join a highly reputable independent agencyIf you have the experience required for this Property Manager role and are looking for a new challenge, then please apply now.
