As a Property Manager, you will:

Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities across the existing estate. Develop and implement a forward-looking maintenance programme. Support and oversee refurbishment plans for the estate. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. Conduct due diligence on M&A targets and manage refurbishment plans. Implement rigorous health and safety processes. Utilise technology to enhance decision-making and compliance checks. Develop and manage the group's approach to ESG.
