We work closely with our sister company,Source Investments, which helps investors source and grow high-performing property portfolios. Together, we offer a full-service, end-to-end experience — from acquisition to day-to-day management.

We are now looking for aProperty Managerto join our growing Basingstoke team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–2 years' experience in property management who is looking to develop their career and grow with a business that's scaling quickly and values individual contribution.

The Role

As Property Manager, you'll take responsibility for a portfolio of managed properties — including two large residential blocks in Basingstoke — ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high service levels for both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle tenancy matters: maintenance, repairs, renewals, and issue resolution.
• Manage the daily operations of two large residential blocks in Basingstoke
• Coordinate contractor works with our on-site maintenance team
• Process invoices, payments, and work orders
• Conduct regular inspections and report to landlords/tenants
• Ensure compliance with lettings regulations and internal standards
• Maintain clear and responsive communication with tenants and landlords
• Accurately update and manage property data using management software (FixFlo)
