Maintenance Coordinator - Property Management

Based in Brixton

£28,000 basic


I’m currently partnering with a growing and well-established property management company that is looking to add a Maintenance Coordinator to their team.


If you’re highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being the central point of coordination between residents, vendors, and internal teams — this could be a great fit.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and prioritizing incoming maintenance work orders
  • Dispatching contractors and coordinating appointments
  • Following up to ensure timely and quality completion of repairs
  • Communicating updates to residents
  • Reviewing invoices and tracking maintenance expenses
  • Maintaining accurate service records and documentation


What They’re Looking For:

  • Experience in property management, facilities, or maintenance coordination
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with property management systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
