This role offers the chance to manage a well-kept portfolio across some of London's most desirable postcodes, with the autonomy to run it properly.The RoleYou'll take full ownership of a residential portfolio, acting as the key point of contact for both landlords and tenants while ensuring everything runs smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently.What You'll Be DoingManaging a portfolio across Central & West LondonBuilding strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractorsCoordinating maintenance, repairs, and inspectionsKeeping everything fully compliant with current lettings legislationHandling queries and resolving issues with a calm, solutions-focused approachManaging rent collection, arrears, and reportingOverseeing renewals and end-of-tenancy processesKeeping systems and records accurate and up to dateWhat We're Looking ForARLA qualified (non-negotiable)Solid experience managing a residential portfolioStrong grasp of lettings legislation and complianceOrganised, proactive, and able to handle volume without dropping standardsProfessional communicator who builds trust easilyComfortable using property management systems and Microsoft OfficeDove & Hawk Property Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of permanent workers.
