As a Property Services Manager, you will:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of property and resident services staff Oversee maintenance operations across a large portfolio (300–400+ properties), allocate jobs to contractors, and ensure timely completion of works Act as primary escalation point for tenant-landlord disputes, mediating fair and professional resolutions Conduct or oversee property inspections, damage assessments, and ensure compliance with social housing regulations Maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, local authorities, and contractors Monitor team performance and service quality, identifying areas for improvement across a high-volume portfolioEssential requirements for this Pro...
