This is a full-time Property Paralegal role located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a hybrid work model combining office presence and remote work flexibility. The Property Paralegal will assist in legal document preparation and review, conduct property-related research, and support the legal team in managing a wide range of real estate matters. The role will involve liaising with clients, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for conveyancing and property law.

• Solid understanding of Law with a focus on property and conveyancing
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
• Strong Communication skills for liaising with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Research and ability to interpret legal documents and data
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant legal software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; paralegal certification is advantageous
• Experience in a property-related legal role is a plus
