Property Manager / Asset Manager Opportunity in West Yorkshire

Our client, a reputable Commercial Real Estate company, is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join their team on a permanent basis in West Yorkshire. This role offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and provides an excellent opportunity to manage a substantial property portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating a diverse portfolio of over 600 commercial and residential properties.

Key duties include managing rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenancy matters, ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation. Experience in handling large-scale property portfolios is essential, alongside strong negotiation skills to facilitate smooth operations across all asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a wide-ranging portfolio of commercial and residential properties
• Coordinate rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenancy administration
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, solicitors, and valuers
• Ensure compliance with property legislation and industry standards
• Liaise with external professionals to facilitate property transactions and valuations

Candidate Requirements:

• Over 5 xbpsjku years' experience in property management, ideally managing large portfolios
• Knowledge of rent reviews, lease agreements, and relevant property legislation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with solicitors, valuers, contractors, and tenants
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
• A proactive approach with excellent organisational abilities
