The Role: Supporting students with higher levels of need across Key Stages 3 and 4 - including those with Autism, social communication differences, ADHD, and SEMH challenges

Providing one-to-one and small group support tailored to students' individual EHCP targets

Assisting with behaviour strategies and delivering targeted interventions that build confidence, resilience, and engagement

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, pastoral staff, and external professionals to support academic and emotional development

Helping with daily routines, progress monitoring, and contributing to a calm, inclusive classroom environment
