The Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing QHSE & Technical Compliance Manager to lead the quality and compliance functions for a market-leading vehicle bodybuilding operation.

Working closely with production, engineering, and leadership teams, you will embed a "safety-first" quality culture into every stage of the build-from fabrication and welding through to final vehicle approval.

The Role (Day-to-Day)

Policy & Compliance: Oversee all QHSE policies and procedures across two manufacturing sites.

Technical Standards: Ensure all vehicle bodybuilding and modifications strictly adhere to Type Approval (IVA, VCA, DVSA) and industry regulations.

Systems Management: Develop and maintain ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 frameworks.

Continuous Improvement: Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to drive positive change.

Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, clients, and suppliers regarding certifications.

Safety & Training: Monitor COSHH, PUWER, and LOLER requirements while delivering QHSE training to staff.
