Qualified Residential Childcare Practitioner Location: Sinfin, Derby Salary: £35,800 - £36,300 per year (inclusive of sleep ins) About the Role Our client is seeking a Qualified Residential Childcare Practitioners to join their dedicated team in children's residential homes in Castleford. You will play a crucial role in supporting and caring for children and young people, helping them develop life skills, build positive relationships, and achieve their full potential. You will work alongside a Senior Co-Worker on a structured rota, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
