Secondary School Teachers – Multiple Roles Available\n\nLocation: Liverpool\n Contract Type: Full-time | Permanent & Long-Term Opportunities\n Start Date: ASAP\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are an education recruitment agency working with a number of secondary schools across Liverpool who are seeking passionate and dedicated Secondary School Teachers to fill a range of permanent and long-term positions.\n\nWe are recruiting teachers across all subject specialisms, offering a variety of opportunities to suit different experience levels, including Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced practitioners. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a role within supportive, well-regarded school environments where you can make a real impact on students’ learning and development.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Secondary School Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons that inspire, engage, and challenge students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5 where applicable). You will work collaboratively with school teams to create inclusive learning environments and uphold high standards of teaching and behaviour.\n\nRoles vary depending on the school and subject specialism but all offer the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to student progress and school success.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPlan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.\nAdapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.\nMonitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.\nMaintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.\nCollaborate effectively with colleagues to support consistent teaching standards.\nPrepare students for assessments and examinations.\nParticipate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.\nRequirements\n\nQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.\nExperience teaching secondary-aged students (all subject areas considered).\nUK education experience.\nStrong classroom management and communication skills.\nA flexible, professional approach to working across different school settings.\nCommitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.\nEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).\nAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
