Ideal for someone with a passion for continuous improvement and a solid understanding of ISO standards, this role offers a chance to influence product excellence and customer satisfaction.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and maintain effective quality assurance and control processes to meet customer and business requirements\nDrive continuous improvement using methodologies such as A3, 8D, DMAIC, PFMEA and Lean tools\nConduct and report on internal and external audits, resolving non-compliance issues with stakeholders\nManage non-conformances with robust root cause analysis and corrective actions\nSupport production teams with expert judgement on quality processes and product conformanceRequirements:\n\nProven experience as a Quality Engineer within Manufacturing (Welding/Fabrication).\nQualified in Engineering discipline - Degree, HNC, HND or similar.\nStrong root cause analysis skills using 8D/A3 methods.\nStrong knowledge of ISO standards, and further experience with APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEAs.Location: South Manchester \n Permanent \n Full Time, (Apply online only) (Mon-Thurs), (Apply online only) (Fri) - flexible \n Salary: £40k - £48k \n Benefits: 7% Pension Contributions, 4% from candidate, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.\n\nContact Details:\n For inquiries or to apply, please contact Jacob on (phone number removed) or (url removed)
