We are looking for an experience Quality Engineer to join a fast growing team.What we're looking for:Keen eye for details; ensuring that products and incoming materials meet quality standardsGreat customer serviceConfidence to identify and raise quality issuesCapability to work in a team environment, as well as working independentlyQuality / Engineering backgroundExperience in Root Cause tools (ideally 8D knowledge)Audit Experience AS9100Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably aerospaceExperience of working in Quality AssuranceResponsibilities:Follow complianceCommunication with customers, supplier and 3rd Parties using internal or their specified documentsManage customer returnsLiaise with production team where required to feedback any quality issues (both internal and external)Interpret and understand engineer drawings and other relevant technical documentsWriting / amending of procedures and/or work instructions as requiredCarry out Internal audits to AS9100/AS13100Investigate into root cause of non-conforming product; 8D problem solvingCalibration Control via Gagepack database, calibrated gauges, instruments, CMMs, oven controls and surveys through 3rd party calibration suppliersSkills & Qualifications:Business/commercial or manufacturing/engineering degreeIf not the above, then A Levels, BTec Diploma Level 4 or equivalent NVQ level 4 qualificationComputer literateHours of Work:Monday to Friday7am-4pm Monday to Thursday, 7am-12pm Fridayor8am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-1pm FridayJBRP1_UKTJ
