Are you passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and driving operational excellence?

We’re looking for a proactive Quality Inspector to join a collaborative and forward-thinking Quality Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enhancing quality performance, reducing defects, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

About the Role

As a Quality Inspector, you will be a vital member of the Quality Assurance team, supporting and strengthening day-to-day quality operations.

You will play a pivotal role in improving products, processes, and systems — with a strong focus on reducing Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) and Defective Parts Per Million (DPPM).

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions that deliver measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure inspections and customer concerns are addressed promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Drive reduction of CoPQ and DPPM through effective root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and closure of non-conformities
  • Conduct Goods-In inspections and quality investigations without delay
  • Take ownership of quality metrics, trends, and documentation — ensuring accurate reporting and continuous improvement
  • Promote a proactive culture of quality across the organisation

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Quality Assurance within manufacturing or engineering
  • Strong metrology skills
  • Internal Auditor experience or certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent preferred)
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • A positive, “can-do” attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with initiative and attention to detail

Why Join?

  • Be part of a collaborative and supportive team
  • Opportunity to influence real quality improvements
  • Ongoing development and career progression opportunities
  • Inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and experiences

We review applications regularly — so don’t wait to apply.

If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact in a quality-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.
