Arden White Aerospace & Aviation Recruitment are currently working with a leading aerospace manufacturing organisation who are seeking an experienced Aerospace Quality Manager to lead and develop their Quality function. This is a key leadership position responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System in line with AS9100 standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the business.
As Quality Manager, you will take ownership of the organisations QMS, leading audits, managing the quality team, and working cross-functionally to ensure the highest standards are embedded throughout manufacturing operations. This role requires a strong, hands-on leader with a background in aerospace or precision engineering.
Key Responsibilities Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the AS9100 Quality Management System Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, customer, and regulatory requirements Manage internal, external, certification, customer, and regulatory audits Lead root cause investigations, CAPA activities, and non-conformance management Oversee supplier quality including audits, approvals, and performance monitoring Manage First Article Inspection processes (AS9102) and validation activities Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to embed quality standards ...
