Job Title: Quantity Surveyor\n Location: Central London\n Project: £60m Mixed-Use Development\n Salary: Competitive + Package\n\nPSR Solutions are proud to be partnering with a leading Tier 1 main contractor to recruit a talented Quantity Surveyor for a landmark £60m mixed-use development in the heart of London.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work across London and the South East. The business is known for delivering high-quality, complex schemes across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and career progression.\n\nThe Project\n\nA prestigious £60m mixed-use development comprising high-spec residential units, commercial space, and associated infrastructure, situated in a prime Central London location. The scheme is currently in the early stages of construction, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to be involved through to final account.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Quantity Surveyor, you will work as part of a strong commercial team and report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager.

You will take responsibility for key packages and play a pivotal role in managing the financial performance of the project.\n\nKey responsibilities will include:\n\nManaging subcontract procurement from tender through to award\n\nPreparing and issuing subcontract documentation\n\nCost planning and budget management\n\nManaging subcontractor payments, valuations, and variations\n\nMonitoring project costs and reporting to senior management\n\nSupporting with monthly CVRs and financial reporting\n\nManaging risk and ensuring contractual compliance\n\nContributing to final account negotiations\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor\n\nExperience delivering large-scale projects (ideally £30m+)\n\nStrong knowledge of JCT forms of contract\n\nExperience working on mixed-use, residential, or commercial schemes\n\nDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline\n\nStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skills\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package\n\nClear progression opportunities within a growing business\n\nExposure to a high-profile Central London development\n\nSupportive and collaborative working environment\n\nIf you are a Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career with a leading contractor on a flagship London scheme, we would love to hear from you.\n\nTo apply or for a confidential discussion, please contact PSR Solutions today
