A freelance Quantity Surveyor is required for a 18 month contract to work on a £65m Commercial refurbishment close to London Liverpool street , the role is working for a tier 1 contractor. The appointed Surveyor will be working with a Commercial lead and 1 SQS on site. Qty Surveyors seeking to apply will ideally have refurbishment exposure working for Main Contractors on projects over £10m in value. Surveyors from a developer background will be considered.
