Quantity Surveyor - Residential New Build - North London Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 package A well-established property developer is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a large-scale residential new build development. The project comprises multiple buildings and includes a mix of affordable and build-to-rent homes. This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable working on schemes from an earlier stage, with involvement in procurement and package management as the project progresses through delivery phase.
