Quantity Surveyor – RC Frame and Groundwork\nNorth West London\n\n£60,000 - £80,000 + Car / Car Allowance + Benefits\n\nAbout the Company\nOur client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames and groundworks with a turnover of over £80 million. Our client's expertise spans a wide range of Industrial, commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to complex projects. Project values vary from £1m - £20m.\n\nAbout the Role\nThe successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of construction\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\n * Managing valuations, variations, cost control, and payments.\n\n * Working closely with project teams and clients to ensure profitability.\n\n * Maintaining and developing strong relationships with bulk house builders.\n\n * Producing accurate financial reporting to support senior management.\n\n * Playing a key role in the delivery of multiple new projects starting shortly.\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor\n\n * Experience working with Civil Engineering, Groundworks or Infrastructure\n\n * Strong commercial and NEC/ JCT contractual knowledge.\n\n * Excellent communication and negotiation skills.\n\n * Degree in Quantity Surveying\n\nBenefits & Rewards\n\nSalary: £60,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience)\n\n * Travel Allowance.\n\n * Company pension and benefits package.\n\n * Additional benefits can be discussed at interview stage\n\nApply online or contact Bradley at Cityscape Recruitment for more information
