Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience)

An established and expanding professional consultancy based in Lanarkshire is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team. The Role

This position offers the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of projects across multiple sectors resulting in the development of commercial skills and experience. Core Service Areas

The role will involve working across three primary service streams:

• Business Advisory
• Quantity Surveying – Pre- and Post-Contract Commercial Services
• Commercial Management and Dispute Resolution

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services
• Preparing cost plans, estimates, and commercial reports
• Assisting with contract administration and cost control
• Supporting commercial management and dispute resolution activities
• Liaising effectively with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders

Candidate Profile

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Experience in pre- and post-contract services
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability
• Ability to manage workload across multiple projects
• Effective communication and client-facing skills
