They oversee the full commercial management of projects, from contract review and subcontract procurement to valuations, cost reporting and final accounts. The role ensures accurate financial control, timely certification, strong client relationships and proactive risk management throughout the project lifecycle. They support the wider team, uphold professional standards, and contribute to securing future work while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety. What we are looking for?
