Were seeking a driven QS to join a growing team working across multiple contracts in the Ipswich region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on autonomy and is looking for long-term progression.
I would like to see CV's from anyone who has been a Assistant Quantity Surveyor (AQS), Intermediate Quantity Surveyor,Lead Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.
The responsibilities of theQuantity Surveyor are:
- Managing multiple social housing contracts
- Taking full commercial ownership of your own projects
- Handling cost control, valuations, and reporting
- Working with coding systems and applications
- Supporting contract delivery from start to finish
- Proven experience as a QS (ideally in social housing)
- Ability to manage several contracts simultaneously
- Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
- Confident working independently and taking initiative
- Annual salary £50,000+
- Car xbpsjku allowance
- Pension scheme
- Full time, permanent employment
- Strong opportunities for career progression

This is an office based role, where you can chose to work out of the Wisbech office or Needham Market office.
