Role Overview:

Based in Bridgend, you'll report directly to the Divisional Commercial Manager, playing a key role in the commercial management of multiple projects. You’ll ensure smooth delivery, control of costs, and effective reporting, while also driving profitability and value across the division.

Key Responsibilities:

Support in the development of divisional budgets

Deliver forecasted profits and manage margins

Produce clear and consistent value and cost reports

Maintain a robust change control process

Collaborate with operational teams to manage commercial activities and drive growth

Key Requirements:

Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

Proven experience in civil engineering projects

Strong understanding of site cost management

*
