Quantity Surveyor – Prime Residential & Mixed Projects (Confidential)

A well-regarded construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a confidential opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-quality projects, with strong career progression and excellent rewards for the right candidate.

The Role:

You will be part of a specialist team delivering prime residential and commercial projects typically ranging from £400k–£4m. The position involves managing projects from tender stage through to completion, including:

Preparing and pricing competitive tenders

Managing budgets and cost plans

*

Administering NEC, JCT and bespoke contracts

*

Preparing interim valuations and final accounts

*

Liaising with clients, project managers and site teams

*

Managing supply chain procurement and negotiations

What We’re Looking For:

*

Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail

*

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

*

PQS OR Construction Contractor background

*

Experience with take-off/estimating software (On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Conquest advantageous)

*

A proactive and positive approach with the ability to work to deadlines

*

Comfortable handling a varied project portfolio
