We're currently working with a leading civil engineering contractor to support a key infrastructure scheme in West Yorkshire, and are looking to engage a Quantity surveyor on a contract basis. This is a site-based opportunity on a long-term project, offering exposure to a complex and fast-paced delivery environment.
The Role
Working as part of an established commercial team, you'll be supporting across a live project within a cost reimbursable / NEC contract environment . Key responsibilities will include: Cost capture, reporting and forecasting Management and assessment of change / Compensation Events Supporting subcontractor management Maintaining commercial processes and contract compliance Liaising with operational teams on site
Requirements
Experience operating as a QS within civil engineering or infrastructure Strong understanding of NEC...
