Real Estate Disputes Associate (1–5 PQE) - London

We are instructed by a leading international law firm to identify a Real Estate Disputes Associate to join its London practice.

This opportunity will appeal to City or West End associates seeking high-quality property litigation work within a firm known for its private capital, real estate and disputes capabilities. The team handles complex, often high-value real estate disputes for a sophisticated client base, combining technical excellence with a commercial and strategic approach.

The role offers significant responsibility from an early stage, including direct client contact and day-to-day management of matters, while working closely with highly regarded partners in a collaborative and well-supported environment. The practice continues to grow and offers a clear pathway for long-term progression for ambitious associates.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 1–5 years’ post-qualification experience and a strong grounding in real estate disputes. Candidates should demonstrate strong academics, commercial awareness, confidence in client-facing situations and the ability to operate effectively within a close-knit, high-performing team.
