A leading international law firm is seeking a Real Estate Disputes Associate to join its high-performing London team. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-value property litigation within a collaborative and ambitious practice.

The Role

• Advise on a broad range of contentious real estate matters, including:
• Lease renewals (contested & uncontested)
• Dilapidations, forfeiture & possession actions
• Break notices, rent reviews & property management disputes
• Support and lead on high-profile litigation involving developers, investors, landlords, tenants and financial institutions
• Exposure to specialist areas including building safety, development disputes, rights of light and joint ventures
• Manage your own caseload while working closely with senior lawyers on complex matters

• Acts for institutional landlords, major retailers, investors, developers and infrastructure clients

What You’ll Bring

• UK qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in real estate disputes
