Real Estate Litigation Solicitor (2+ PQE)

A leading international law firm is seeking an ambitious Real Estate Litigation Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its highly regarded disputes team in Birmingham. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-quality, complex property litigation matters within a supportive, collaborative, and well-resourced environment.


The Role

You will handle a broad range of real estate disputes for an impressive portfolio of commercial clients. Work will include:

  • Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
  • Development and land-related disputes
  • Property-related insolvency issues
  • Boundary and rights of way matters
  • Lease renewals, forfeiture, dilapidations, and service charge disputes
  • Advising institutional investors, developers, landlords, occupiers, and public sector clients

You will be encouraged to take early responsibility, manage your own caseload, and work directly with partners on strategic, high-value matters.


About You

  • 2+ years’ PQE in real estate litigation (strong candidates slightly outside this range will also be considered)
  • Solid technical knowledge and good experience handling commercial property disputes
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-handling skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collegiate team
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in building client relationships
