This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-quality, complex property litigation matters within a supportive, collaborative, and well-resourced environment. The Role You will handle a broad range of real estate disputes for an impressive portfolio of commercial clients. Work will include:
Commercial landlord and tenant disputes Development and land-related disputes Property-related insolvency issues Boundary and rights of way matters Lease renewals, forfeiture, dilapidations, and service charge disputes Advising institutional investors, developers, landlords, occupiers, and public sector clients
You will be encouraged to take early responsibility, manage your own caseload, and work directly with partners on strategic, high-value matters. About You
2+ years’ PQE in real estate litigation (strong candidates slightly outside this range will also be considered) Solid technical knowledge and good experience handling commercial property disputes Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-handling skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a collegiate team Commercial awareness and an interest in building client relationships
