I am currently working with a growing and well regarded regional firm looking to appoint a senior Commercial Property Solicitor into its busy and expanding team.

This is a key hire, offering the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Department while handling a broad mix of high quality commercial property work.

The Opportunity

You will join a close knit, collaborative team with a strong pipeline of work, advising on a wide range of commercial property matters. The role offers a good balance of hands on fee earning alongside the opportunity to support and mentor more junior lawyers.

This would suit someone looking for a step into a more senior position within a growing team, where you can have a genuine impact.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload including:

• Acquisitions and disposals

• Landlord and tenant matters including leases, licences and asset management work

• Supporting on funding elements of transactions

• Preparing auction packs and working to tight deadlines

• Advising on risk and compliance across transactions

• Working closely with other departments to deliver a joined up service to clients

Alongside your fee earning work, you will also play a role in supporting junior team members and contributing to the wider development of the team.

About You

• 5+ PQE in commercial property

• Strong technical grounding across a range of transactional matters

• Comfortable managing a busy and varied caseload

• Interest in mentoring and supporting junior lawyers

• Commercial, pragmatic and client focused
