Job Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced receptionist on behalf of our client to work within a business centre environment.
As a receptionist you will be dealing with centre clients daily on a face to face basis and via email and phone so excellent interpersonal & customer service skills are essential.
Role Responsibilities:

  • General office administration.
  • Raising invoices and purchase orders. Full training provided on use of company software.
  • Chasing of arrears from clients and banking of cheques.
  • Maintaining the room booking diary and car parking details.
  • Use of Excel & Microsoft for correspondence and spreadsheets.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a reception & customer facing role with a friendly professional appearance. Excellent telephone manner with a flexible attitude with the ability to work using own initiative essential.
This role is on a Mon-Fri basis - 8.30am - 5pm with free parking on site.
The company offer ongoing training and support to enhance development and in addition to your salary an annual bonus payment once a year based on performance of the business.

A full CV and clean driving license will be required.
