Our cozy 82-bedroom hotel offers a range of amenities in a superb location overlooking the beautiful beaches of Seaburn, just two miles from the city centre and a short walk to Seaburn metro station. Please note that this is a zero-hour contract role. Being the point of contact for our guests during their stay Answering the telephone, making reservations, taking payments, reconciling the shift and balancing floats. The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera systems would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given. We are an equal opportunities employer.
