What we're looking for: Previous experience as a hotel receptionist, ideally within a 4- or 5-star luxury property. Proficiency with hotel systems such as Opera and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. Outstanding attention to detail and a passion for delivering flawless guest service. Exceptional communication skills, with impeccable written and spoken English.
