We are currently looking for a Receptionist. You will be working in Rotherham

Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm Temp Contract - Ongoing Pay rate - £14ph paye

Job Purpose

* Welcome and direct visitors, ensuring they are properly signed in and notified of their arrival.

* Answer and route incoming phone calls, taking messages and ensuring they are promptly delivered to the appropriate personnel.

* Manage appointment scheduling, including booking meetings, coordinating calendars, and handling any scheduling conflicts.

* Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
