Our client is a leading international professional services firm with a significant London presence and global offices, recognised for its technical excellence, high‑quality service and collaborative culture. The Recruitment team forms part of a wider HR function encompassing talent acquisition, learning and development, HR operations, inclusion and employee relations. This role manages end‑to‑end recruitment for business services and lateral hires in the London office, partnering with senior stakeholders and providing support to early careers when required. The successful candidate will bring strong communication and relationship‑building skills, thrive in a fast‑paced professional environment, and enjoy contributing to a high‑performing, collaborative HR team.



About the role:

  • Partnering with department leaders and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
  • Managing relationships with external recruitment partners and ensuring appropriate agreements and processes are in place.
  • Overseeing applicant flow, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensuring accurate tracking, reporting and data management within the recruitment system.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback, smooth interview logistics, and a positive candidate experience.
  • Preparing offer documentation and supporting the onboarding process.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant UK employment and immigration requirements.
  • Supporting graduate or early careers recruitment during peak periods.
  • Participating in recruitment events, occasionally outside standard working hours.
  • Contributing to team projects and wider HR initiatives as needed.


About you:


  • Significant recruitment experience within a professional services, corporate or partnership‑based environment.
  • Degree or equivalent experience preferred; HR or recruitment qualifications (e.g., CIPD) beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of the professional services landscape and market trends.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities.
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Collaborative, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑moving, evolving environment.
