We're looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to take responsibility of our Accountancy & Finance desk.

Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract suitable candidates for accountancy and finance roles across a range of clients in East Lancashire
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of service
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from brief to placement and aftercare
  • Conduct interviews and assessment of candidates, providing guidance and feedback
  • Utilise the company's advanced CRM and online platforms to track and manage your recruitment pipeline
  • Promote the company's brand and reputation within the local market.
Successful candidate profile:
  • Previous experience in recruitment is preferable but not essential!
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing candidates and developing client accounts
  • Organised, with the ability to handle multiple roles and priorities effectively
  • Knowledge of the local Lancashire market is a plus
