We're looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to take responsibility of our Accountancy & Finance desk. Responsibilities: Source and attract suitable candidates for accountancy and finance roles across a range of clients in East Lancashire Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of service Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from brief to placement and aftercare Conduct interviews and assessment of candidates, providing guidance and feedback Utilise the company's advanced CRM and online platforms to track and manage your recruitment pipeline Promote the company's brand and reputation within the local market. Successful candidate profile: Previous experience in recruitment is preferable but not essential!
