The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant to join our Accountancy and Finance division in Birmingham, focusing on recruiting for Audit, trainee accountants and semi senior vacancies within practice.

You’ll be stepping into a well‑established, high‑value permanent desk, with the opportunity to grow an already successful and profitable business, nurturing long‑standing relationships and partnering with a wide range of professional services clients.

What can I expect day to day?

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work within the Accountancy and Finance market, supported by colleagues and leaders with deep expertise in Finance and Senior Finance recruitment. Your role will include:

  • Running a 360 desk, supporting both candidates and clients with their hiring needs
  • Providing expert, specialist advice to candidates across Business Support roles
  • Developing and implementing effective business developing strategies
  • Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process
  • Leading by example through consistent fee performance, activity and attitude
  • Building strong market intelligence and staying ahead of trends
