The Role

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional recruitment services within our Finance division. Responsibilities include:

Managing the full 360‑recruitment process
Sourcing high‑quality candidates using varied attraction methods (including social media)
Interviewing and assessing HR or Finance professionals
Writing engaging job adverts and managing vacancy pipelines
Shortlisting talent and coordinating client interviews
Negotiating job offers and salary packages with confidence

About You

A background in recruitment or sales (essential)
