The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Manage end-to-end search and selection processes for mid-to-senior level roles.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping.
Deliver high-quality shortlists and manage interview processes with precision.
