Recruitment Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organised, people-focused Recruiting Coordinator to join a fast-paced Global Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the candidate experience. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to ensure a seamless and professional recruitment process from start to finish.

Location: London (On-site)

Contract: 6 months

Start date: ASAP

Hours: 40 per week

Pay: £19 - £22 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews directly with candidates and hiring teams (virtual and in-person).
Manage candidate communication, including availability requests, confirmations, and status updates.
Maintain accurate candidate records and job postings within recruitment systems.
Prepare and distribute interview materials and support post-interview debrief sessions.
Track recruitment activity and provide weekly status reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and the overall candidate experience.
Support additional recruitment activities as required.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Managing incoming interview scheduling requests.
Contacting candidates for availability and aligning diaries with interviewers.
Collaborating closely with Recruiting Partners and internal stakeholders.
Working fully on-site with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.
Contributing to a high-volume, fast-moving recruitment operation.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a coordination/administrative role.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Top 3 Must-Have Skills

Experience working with KPIs/metrics in a structured environment.
Coordination or diary management experience (HR or recruitment preferred)
