Recruitment Coordinator – Top US Law Firm
Location: City of London (close to Liverpool Street)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + excellent benefits
Working pattern: Hybrid
An elite US law firm is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join its London office and play a key role in supporting the recruitment of attorneys across the firm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with legal or professional services recruitment experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-calibre environment and wants to develop their career within an internationally respected firm.
The Role
Working closely with the Recruitment Manager and wider HR team, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle for associate and lateral hires, including:
- Coordinating interviews across multiple time zones
- Acting as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring partners
- Managing relationships with recruitment agencies
- Preparing offer documentation and onboarding paperwork
- Maintaining recruitment data and tracking hiring activity
- Supporting employer branding and recruitment projects as required
About You
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination or HR within a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple processes at once
- Confident communicator with a professional and polished approach
- High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
