Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor the recruitment and onboarding teams Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the recruitment team Provide leadership and guidance, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives Ensure the recruitment team has the necessary tools and training Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including department heads, project managers, and senior executives Work closely with the Operations Team to understand long-term staffing requirements and contribute to workforce planning Evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness Implement strategies to ensure the quality of hires, reduce turnover, and enhance employee retention Utilise data analytics to provide comprehensive reports on recruitment metrics and trends Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, and company policies Represent the company at industry events and networking functions as an employer of choice Monitor and report on recruitment-related expenses Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in recruitment Liaise with job boards and manage contracts
