We have an opportunity for a Recruitment Team Leader to join us for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. Secondments will be considered.

We are looking for a candidate who can 'hit the ground running' to join our high-performing recruitment team.

You will be accountable for the operational delivery of a customer-focused service to all hiring managers within your division. Responsibilities include line management and development of the recruitment team, liaising with service users, and delivering recruitment services in line with legislation and best practices to meet Trust objectives.

You will support the Recruitment Manager in improving efficiencies through innovation and contribute to the development and growth of the service. You will also support resourcing development projects, managing their implementation across the Trust, ensuring they meet objectives, targets, quality standards, and budget constraints.

This is a hybrid role involving working from home and in the office.

Only candidates with relevant experience and who meet the essential criteria in the person specification will be considered. Please note that interviews are scheduled for Wednesday, 6th August 2025.

As the Team Leader, extensive experience with TRAC is required, including updating reports and templates as needed.

You will lead in providing a timely, compliant, customer-focused end-to-end recruitment process. Responsibilities include monthly updates on time to hire, reporting, and identifying areas for improvement, along with working closely with the workforce team to ensure accurate data on new starters and vacancies.

Effective communication with service managers to understand their recruiting needs and collaborating with recruitment officers to meet resourcing requirements are essential.
