Oracle Delivery Team Lead This is a new role created due to internal growth, perfect for an experienced delivery consultant ready to step into leadership. * Salary: Up to £40,000+ Basic Salary + Competitive Commission + Team Override * The Role: Manage and lead the dedicated Oracle Delivery team. You will act as a Player/Coach: rallying the team daily, conducting line management (coaching, KPIs, monthly reviews), and personally filling high-volume, long-term Oracle contract roles * Requirement: Proven experience in Oracle contract recruitment delivery, ideally coupled with direct experience leading or mentoring a small team.
