M Pro Recruitment is working with an established Refrigeration & Air Conditioning contractor to recruit an experienced Refrigeration Engineer due to continued growth.

The Role: You’ll be predominantly involved in the installation of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, with support to the service team when required. This includes installation pipework, wiring, condensate drains, and occasional cold-room panel work, as well as reactive breakdowns and planned maintenance during quieter install periods.

Key Responsibilities:

Install Refrigeration & Air Conditioning equipment

*

Pipework, wiring, and condensate drainage

*

Assist with service, breakdowns, and PPM when required

*

Work on cold rooms, chillers, and commercial systems

*

Travel to sites across London and the Home Counties

Systems / Equipment Exposure:

*

Condensing units (Bitzer, Danfoss, Copeland, JE Hall)

*

Water, blast chillers & freezers

*

Split, multi and VRF air conditioning

*

Walk-in cold rooms

*

Commercial & industrial food environments (No CO₂ or Ammonia)

Requirements:

Proven experience in Refrigeration & AC installation

*

F-Gas certification (essential)

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Own hand tools and cordless drills

*
