We're looking for an experienced Refrigeration & HVAC Engineer to join our growing team. This is a field-based role covering local contracts in and around the Bristol area no nationwide travel. You'll be responsible for the service, maintenance, repair and installation of commercial refrigeration systems across a varied portfolio of client sites, from hospitality and retail to food production. 3–15 years' experience working with commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems F-Gas Category 1 qualification (essential) Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across a range of refrigeration equipment PPMs and occasional install project work Full UK driving licence Salary of £35,000–£48,000 depending on experience Overtime paid at 1.5x on site and weekends Local work only home every night Company van and fuel card provided 25 days' annual leave, rising by one day per year up to 30 days Your birthday off as an extra day's holiday Private healthcare or £500 annual pension contribution you choose If you want real work-life balance, varied and interesting work, and a team that's going places, we'd love to hear from you.
