We're looking for an experienced Refrigeration & HVAC Engineer to join our growing team. This is a field-based role covering local contracts in and around the Bristol area — no nationwide travel. You'll be responsible for the service, maintenance, repair and installation of commercial refrigeration systems across a varied portfolio of client sites, from hospitality and retail to food production. 3–15 years' experience working with commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems * F-Gas Category 1 qualification (essential) * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across a range of refrigeration equipment * PPMs and occasional install project work * Full UK driving licence * Salary of £35,000–£48,000 depending on experience * Overtime paid at 1.5x on site and weekends * Local work only — home every night * Company van and fuel card provided * 25 days' annual leave, rising by one day per year up to 30 days * Your birthday off as an extra day's holiday * Private healthcare *or* £500 annual pension contribution — you choose * If you want real work-life balance, varied and interesting work, and a team that's going places, we'd love to hear from you.
